Our partners and supporters, the Ocean and Climate Platform presents its 2019 Policy recommendations, the result of the experiences and commitments of the members of its network and strong of 20 recommendations.
This policy document not only aims at promoting an understanding of the major challenges the global ocean, and therefore our planet, are facing. It also proposes concrete solutions and measures, based on the latest available science.
Since the 2019-2030 international agenda marks the beginning of a new commitment to preserve the ocean, its biodiversity and the climate, the Platform presents these policy recommendations to ensure that all ocean priorities are at the heart of decision-making at all scales and identify where efforts have to be made: adaptation, science and sustainable finance.
